低分子肝素治疗高脂血症性重症急性胰腺炎对血脂和血液流变学的影响
Effects of Low Molecular Weight Heparin on Blood Lipid and Hemodynamics in Treatment of Hyperlipidemia of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate effects of low molecular weight heparin on blood lipids, hemodynamics and coagulation function in treatment of hyperlipidemia of severe acute pancreatitis ( SAP) . Methods A total of 120 patients with hyperlipidemia of SAP admitted during March 2014 and January 2016 were divided into observation group and control group ( n=60 for each group) according to treatment methods. Control group was given conventional treatment, while ob-servation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin on the basis of treatment for control group. All patients were treated for 2 weeks. Levels of triglyceride, total bile acid and amylase, and improved conditions of hemodynamics were observed before and after treatment, and its effect on coagulation function was analyzed in two groups. Results After treatment, values of triglyceride, total bile acid, amylase, plasma viscosity, whole blood high viscosity, whole blood low viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, platelet adhesion rate, activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time and fibrinogen were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups, and the values in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin can effectively reduce triglyceride level, improve hemodynamics and coagulation function in treatment of hyperlipidemia of severe acute pancreatitis.关键词
