奥卡西平联合银杏达莫注射液对癫痫患儿的作用机制研究
Study on the mechanism of oxcarbazepine combined with ginkgo dipyridium injection on children with epilepsy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of oxcarbazepine combined with ginkgo dipyridamole injection on T lympho-cyte subsets,serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1)levels in children with epilepsy. Methods A total of 77 children with epilepsy in Luoyang Women and Children′s Health Care Center were randomly divided into control group (n =38)and observation group (n =39).The control group was treated with single oxcarbazepine,the observation group was treated with oxcarbazepine + ginkgo dipyridamole injection.The clinical treatment effect,T lymphocyte subsets (CD3 + ,CD4 + ,CD8 + )and serum ALP and ICAM-1 levels were observed and compared between the two groups and the incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life scores were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group (94.87％,37/39)was higher than that in the control group (71.05％,27/38),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).T lymphocyte subsets:CD3 + and CD4 + in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 3 months of treatment,while CD8 + was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).There was no significant difference in serum ALP level between the two groups after 3 months of treatment (P >0.05),while the serum ICAM-1 level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.38％ (6/39),the control group was 10.53％ (4/38), the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the social competence,cognitive function, overall health,quality of life,drug effects,mental health and life satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Oxcarbazepine combined with ginkgo dipyridium injection in the treatment of epilepsy have a significant efficacy,with higher safety,which can improve the serum ICAM-1 level and T lymphocyte subsets and improve the quality of life.关键词
