Abstract
Objective To explore the related risk factors for cerebral infarction in the young and middle-aged.Methods Ca-ses with cerebral infarction in the young and middle-aged collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chi-nese Medicine in the past 3 years were investigated retrospectively by analyzing their medical history and laboratory test and ima-ging data,for the purpose of learning the pathogenic risk factors.Results Patients were divided into two groups:107 young and middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction (≤60 years old)were included in the observation group,and 125 elderly patients (>60 years old)with cerebral infarction in the control group.The χ2 test showed that significant differences existed in hyperuricemia, smoking and alcohol consumption between both groups (P <0.05);the Logistic regression analysis was performed to assess the risk factors of young and middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction,and the results indicated that hyperuricemia,smoking and alcohol consumption were independent risk factors (P <0.05).Conclusion There are many risk factors regarding cerebral infarc-tion in the young and middle-aged,among which hyperuricemia,smoking and alcohol consumption were independent risk ones.关键词
