Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of transcranial optic canal decompression treatment and medical treatment in traumatic optic nerve injury.Methods From May 2015 to May 2015,32 patients with traumatic optic nerve injury treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects;they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group patients were treated with large dose of hormone and comprehensive treatment,the observation group was treated with transcranial optic canal decompression.The clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical effect and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group (87.50％ vs.68.75％),the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05 ).The complication rate of observation group was 6.25％,which was significantly lower than 18.75％ in the control group,with a statistically significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion For patients with traumatic optic nerve injury,transcranial optic canal decompression treatment has an obvious effect and less postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
