Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with intracranial aneurysm clipping on the changes of neurological deficit (NIHSS)and serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9)and cystatin C (Cys C)in pa-tients with cerebral aneurysm (IA).Methods From January 2014 to March 2016,91 cases of IA patients in our hospital were ran-domly divided into control group (n =45)and observation group (n =46).After admission,the patients underwent intracranial an-eurysm clipping,and the control group was treated by conventional therapy,the observation group was treated by hyperbaric oxy-gen therapy on the basis of the control group.NIHSS score,serum MMP-9 and Cys C levels before and at 10d after operation were compared,and the patients were followed up for 3 months,prognosis of the two groups was analyzed.Results There was no sig-nificant difference in NIHSS score and serum MMP-9 and Cys C levels between the two groups before operation (P >0.05 );at 10d after operation,the score of NIHSS and serum MMP-9 and Cys C levels were significantly improved in the two groups (P <0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group (P <0.05).These patients were followed up for 3 months,the prognosis of observation group was better than that of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with intracranial aneurysm occlusion in the treatment of IA gets significant effect,it can effectively improve the degree of neurological deficits and serum MMP-9,Cys C levels.关键词
