摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of transsphenoidal approach for microsurgery pituitary adenoma.Meth-ods We analyzed the efficacy and all types of complications of 118 patients cases treated with transsphenoidal pituitary tumor sur-gery under microscopy after surgery.Results Clinical results after surgery were satisfactory which total resection of tumor in 93 cases,subtotal resection in 20 cases,partial resection in 5 cases.Conclusion The method of transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resec-tion under the microsurgery has a high resection rate and can significantly improve the clinical outcome with fewer complications.关键词
