Optimal Mechatronic Design Research for Matrix Cables Used on Satellite
摘要
Abstract
A mechatronics design method is presented in this paper aim to shorten overlong design cycle,lighten cable weight and reduce the difficulty of estimating length.This method is consisted of three parts including building models,length estimate and optimal algorithm.First,graphic design and parametric design are combined by interface circuit modeling and lightweight 3D route modeling.Then,real-time cable length estimate is achieved by calculating mathematical logic between junctions.At last,an automotive interactive optimized method is raised to enhance working efficient and quality.Factors which effect algorithm complexity are analyzed.Real pro ject data is used to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.The result shows that this method can shorten design cycle with 8% cable length reduced after optimization.关键词
