镁合金蒙皮蜂窝板在卫星结构上的应用

Abstract
To reduce the weight of the satellite further,magnesium alloy is considered to substitute aluminum alloy skin at aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure panel.The influence of material on the mechanical property of sandwich structure panel is analyzed based on Reissner theory.The mechanical properties of sandwich panel are tested and the mechanical properties of satellite used magnesium/aluminum alloy skin honeycomb sandwich panels are analyzed and com pared based on Patran-Nastran software.Because of the margin design,the thickness of skin is considered to decrease so that the weight can be reduced further.The solutions show that the lightening of the satellite is as high as 30.7 %,so the magnesium alloy skin honeycomb sandwich panel should be used widely on the satellite.关键词
