Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of humanistic care nursing model on the treatment effect and HAMD scores of patients with mental disorder after radical mastectomy.Methods:A total of 80 patients who were underwent radical mastectomy by our hospital and combined the depression from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected to be randomly divided into humanistic care group and control group,patients of control group were treated with routine nursing care,patients of humanistic care group were treated with humanistic nursing care.Cure rates of depression of 1 months after treatment and 2 months after treatment,the cure rates of HAMD score before and after treatment and the satisfactions to the nursing work were compared between two groups.Results:In 1 month and 2 months after treatment,the HAMD scores of both two groups were lower than before treatment(t =7.021,4.536,15.41,8.340;P <0.05),the HAMD scores of humanistic care group were lower than those of the control group of patients(t =2.553,-6.158;P<0.05).The satisfactions of patients in humanistic care group were higher than those of control group(t =2.251,2.093,2.955,2.481,2.683,2.771,2.013,2.137;P <0.05).Conclusion:Vigorously promoting the implementation of humanistic care nursing model can help to reduce the degree of depression in patients with breast cancer after radical surgery.关键词
