The Learning Burnout and Its Correlation with Stressful Life Events Among College Students

Abstract
Objective:To explore learning burnout and its correlation with stressful life events among college students.Methods:Stressful life events scale and learning burnout scale were used on 353 college students.Results:① Learning burden,healthy and others were all significantly positive associated with learning burnout(r =0.19,0.13,0.14;P <0.05);Interpersonal,learning burden,punished,healthy and others were all significantly positive associated with exhaustion(r =0.18,0.27,0.15,0.16,0.19;P <0.001);Interpersonal,learning burden,punished,healthy and others were all significantly positive associated with reduced efficacy(r =0.11,0.18,0.13,0.14,0.16;P<0.01).② Learning burden could positively forecast learning burnout (β =0.27,P < 0.01).Conclusion:These findings suggest that the stressful life events are important risk factor for learning burnout.关键词
