无心车床空心主轴系统振动特性分析及结构优化
Analysis of Vibration Characteristics and Structure Optimization for Hollow Spindle System of Centerless Lathe

Abstract
The three-dimensional model of the hollow spindle unit is established with Pro/E.And the vibration characteristics of the hollow spindle unit are studied with ANSYS.Six key nodes on the hollow spindle and different positions of the front bearing are selected and the vibration characteristics are comparatively studied.The results show that the rod machining precision is greatly influenced by the vibration of the nodes of knives and knife pouches.Based on the results,the structure of hollow spindle is optimized and the machining accuracy is improved.关键词
