体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染与上消化道疾病的相关性
Relationship between HP Infection and Diseases of Upper Digestive Tract in People Taking Physical Examinations

Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and diseases of upper digestive tract in people taking physical examinations.Methods Clinical data of 870 people taking physical examinations between September 2013 and October 2013, who were examined by 13C breath test and gastroscope examination at the same time, was retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 870 people, 407 people had HP infection, and the infection rate was 46.8％.There were 343 males (48.2％) and 64 females (40.3％) among the 403 HP infection patients.The infection rate was the highest in patients less than 30 years old, and the rate was 63.6％ (7/11).There were no significant differences in infection rate between different gender and age (P>0.05).The gastroscope examination results showed that 16 patients (1.8％) had gastrointestinal tumor which included 6 patients (37.5％) with HP infection;22 patients (2.5％) had peptic ulcer which included 20 patients (90.9％) with HP infection;54 patients (6.2％) had gastric polypus which included 17 patients (31.5％) with HP infection;777 patients (89.3％) had gastritis which included 363 patients (46.7％) with HP infection;1 people had normal result of gastroscope examination combined with HP infection.The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion HP infection has closely relationship with diseases of upper digestive tract such as peptic ulcer and chronic gastritis.关键词
