Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Jiedu Huoxue Decoction combined with targeted cryoablation on elderly patients with hepatic cancer and on the immune function and quality of life.Methods 60 elderly patients with hepatic cancer finally confirmed were selected and divided into 2 groups:control group and treatment group,30 in each;targeted cryoablation was performed on patients in both groups while Jianpi Jiedu Huoxue Decoction was added to patients in treatment group,the courses for both groups lasted for 12 weeks;observation was made to the immune function,KPS scores of the patients in 2 groups before and after treatment,the clinical effect and side effect after treatment.Results The treatments in the 2 groups were of good effect;the immune function and KPS scores of the patients in treatment group were superior to those of the patients in control group (P ＜ 0.01) (P ＜ 0.05),and no obvious difference in alpha fetoprotein was found between the patients of the 2 groups;no serious complications occurred in both groups.Conclusions Jianpi Jiedu Huoxue Decoction combined with targeted cryoablation is of good clinical effect on hepatic cancer in elderly patients,it can improve the immune function and raise the quality of life..关键词
