Abstract
Objective To observe the correlation of D-dimer (D-D) and von Willebrand factor antigen (vWF∶ Ag) to the staging of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in the elderly.Methods 328 elderly patients with NSCLC were selected and the levels of D-D and vWF∶ Ag of all the patients were detected;observation was made to the levels of D-D and vWF∶ Ag of the patients at different stages,and the correlation of D-D and vWF∶ Ag to TNM stage was analyzed as well as the value of D-D and vWF∶ Ag in the diagnosis of advanced lung cancer.Results The levels of D-D and vWF∶ Ag went up with the increase of staging (P＜0.05) and there existed a positive correlation between the levels of D-D and vWF∶ Ag and the staging (r=0.537,0.613,P＜0.05);the sensitivity of D-D and vWF∶ Ag in diagnosing advance lung cancer was 73.43％ and 78.37％ respectively while the specificity was 66.12％ and 74.38％ respectively;the diagnostic sensitivity with arbitrary positive indicators of D-D and vWF∶ Ag as the standard was 95.17 ％,and the diagnostic specificity was 42.98 ％ while the diagnostic sensitivity with both positive indicators of D-D and vWF∶ Ag as the standard was 48.79％,and the diagnostic specificity was 92.56％.Conclusions The levels of D-D and vWF∶ Ag are obiously correlated to the staging of NSCLC in the elderly,which are of help in diagnosis..关键词
