天津市养老院老人认知功能障碍现况调查及影响因素分析
Cross-sectional Survey on Cognitive Impairment of the Elderly in Tianjin Nursing Home and Influence Factor Analysis

Abstract
Objective To perform a cross-sectional survey on cognitive impairment (CI) of the elderly in Tianjin Nursing Home and to analyze the influence factors.Methods Questionnaire survey was made,based on the principle of informed consent,to 229 elderly 60,randomly selected from Tianjin Nursing Home,including the general information,health status,life style and cognitive function;logistic regression analysis was applied in analyzing the influence factors on CI detecting rate in the elderly.Results The average age was (78.6±7.8) years and the CI detecting rate was 35.84％;logistic regression analysis revealed that education degree,marital status and participation of social activities were the main factors influencing the CI detecting rate (P＜ 0.05),higher degree of education,married status and frequent participation of social activities reduced the risk of CI occurrence;CI detecting rate was correlated to hyperhomocysteinemia (P＜ 0.05).Conclusions Education degree,marital status,participation of social activities and hyperhomocysteinemia are closely related to CI occur-rence in the elderly.关键词
