预湿工艺对棉纱润湿性能的影响
Effect of Pre-wetting Technology on Wettability of Cotton Yarn

Abstract
The effect of pre-wetting technology on wettability of cotton yarn was discussed.Taking yarn wicking height as evaluation index,pre-wetting temperature,pre-wetting time,adding concentration of pre-wetting additive were optimized.The optimal technological parameters were determined as follows: pre-wetting temperature 90℃,pre-wetting time 3 s,pre-wetting additive JFC concentration 2 g/L and concentration of NaOH 0.75 g/L.The results show that compared with untreated yarn and yarn pre-wetted by 90℃ deionized water,waxy materials removal rate of yarn is obviously improved after pre-wetting optimal technology treatment.The wicking height,wicking speed and contact angle are improved.Surface and breaking strength of the yarn are basically same with the raw yarn.It is considered that pre-wetting technology can improve the wettability of cotton yarn.关键词
