棉中空锦纶长丝包芯纱的开发及性能
Development and Property of Cotton Hollow Nylon Filament Core-spun Yarn
摘要
Abstract
Production technology of cotton hollow nylon filament core-spun yarn was summarized.Sound absorption of its fabric was tested.Through the selection of raw material,the optimization of process parameters and adopting relative technology measures,the better covered property of yarn and hollowness morphology of hollow nylon filament were ensured well.Cross section of yarn and sound absorption of its fabric were tested.The results show that hollowness of nylon filament in the blended yarn is better,but portion yarn part deviating from center place.Compared with pure cotton fabric,the sound absorption of the fabric which is produced by the core-spun yarn has greatly improved.It is considered that the fabric has a certain sound absorption effect.关键词
