Abstract
The relative cotton assorting technologies of colored spun yarn were discussed.According to colored spinning cotton assorting problems,characteristics of nature color cotton,dyed cotton,cotton web,dope dyed chemical fiber,dyed chemical fiber and other colored spinning materials were analyzed.Color quality index special requirement of colored spinning product and market requirement characteristics like product style,rich colors and so on were introduced.Optimization of raw material on the basis of cost performance and accurate cotton assorting technology were discussed.The significance of interrelated supporting like sampling,material preprocess and dyeing cotton supply were explained.It is considered that according to the variety and quality requirement of colored spun yarn,accurate cotton assorting technology and doing well each link work are very important to ensure colored spun yarn quality and benefits.关键词
