Design and Production of Irregular Warp Direction Tubular Fabric
摘要
Abstract
Design process and production point of irregular warp direction tubular fabric were summarized.Warp&weft indexes of fabric were introduced.Warp&weft density,tube width and tube interval were designed and calculated.The pattern was designed by fabric CAD and the number of warp&weft in per weave repetition were calculated.Main technology and measures in each process like warping,sizing,weaving and so on were summarized.Loom efficiency can be reached 91%,first grade percentage before cloth repairing can be reached 88% and first class-product rate can be reached 95% by adopting a series of technology measures.It is considered that the fabric has unique style and intermittent warp direction tubular decorative effect,suitable for summery skirt,jacket fashion fabric and so on.关键词
