Abstract
Process optimization problems of spinning lyocell LF fiber by blowing-carding unit were discussed.Property indexes of several lyocell fibers were introduced.The problems easily arise in spinning lyocell LF fiber by blowing-carding unit were analyzed.By optimizing picker process,scutcher process,carding process,key carding accessory and other technology measures, problems like worse carding quality in spinning lyocell LF fiber production process were solved.It is considered that according to property feature of lyocell LF fiber,optimization relative technology can achieve higher effective and higher quality process effect.关键词
