Abstract
Main technology characteristics of JSFA2188 combing machine were summarized.The carding machine was introduced and analyzed in detail from suitable spinning speed,yield,automatic lap transportation system,automatic lap changing system,processing adaptability,multi-functional specific spinning module,multi-angle cylinder carding system and modular can system.It is pointed out that the combing machine has better spin ability.It could be used to spin fine staple cotton,long stapled cotton,machine picked cotton,hemp cotton blended fibers and cotton shaped chemical fibers.The functions such as automatically transporting and changing lap,quickly switching cylinder in multi-angles,automatically inspecting cotton sliver and auto-levelling and so on were realized.It is considered that the stability of JSFA2188 combing machine system is better.The process automation and intelligence in combing process are achieved.关键词
