铜铟镓硒电站系统效率研究
Research on the performance ratio of CIGS PV power plants
摘要
Abstract
The system efficiency of 10 different types of copper indium gallium selenium (CIGS) photovoltaic power plants was studied, and the system efficiency of low voltage gridding distributed CIGS power plant can reach 89%. The results showed that the performance ratio (PR) of copper indium gallium selenium photovoltaic power plant was higher than that of poly-silicon photovoltaic power plant by 4%~5%, whose reason is mainly the difference between the upper two in the loss of temperature,dust and weak light.关键词
