Discussion on the Implementation of National Mandatory Marine Standards

Abstract
Standard implementation, as the most important phase in standardization activity, is the purpose of standardization itself. Compulsory standards possess the mandatory execution due to citation by laws, and become the focus of standard implementation. Implementing mandatory marine standards provides technical basis for the execution of laws. The paper analyzes the significance and necessity of implementing mandatory marine standards, introduces the current situation and presents the existing problems, proposing suggestions to enhance the implementation of mandatory marine standards.关键词
