Research progress on maintenance treatment of advanced breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Breast cancer, especially the advanced breast cancer, is a severe life threat to the female population.For patients who obtain complete or partial remission or stable disease after the first-line treatment, continuous maintenance therapy using efficacious and low-toxicity drugs probably yields more clinical benefits.This article reviewed the research progress on multiple aspects of maintenance treatment of advanced breast cancer including the pathogenesis and current interventions of breast cancer, summary and theoretical basis of maintenance treatment and commonly-used drugs in the maintenance therapy of advanced breast cancer, etc.关键词
