摘要

Abstract

With the development of electricity reform,China's electricity market construction should not only consider the current conditions,but also study the advanced experience from other countries,to develop a market model and corresponding roadmap with Chinese characteristics.Nord pool is the first multi-national electricity market in the world and has advancements in many aspects,such as the design of successful market mechanism,the development of smart grid and high renewable energy penetration etc.The experience accumulated by Nordic market will have reference value for China's construction of electricity market.This paper firstly introduced the generation situation of the power industry and the exchange model of market in Nordic area,including the driving force of Nordic market development,history,exchange mechanism and framework etc.What's more,several key issues during the development of Nordic market were refined,including congestion management,market power control,wind power consumption and future market development etc.Besides,the paper compared the two mainstream market models in the world-Nordic (Europe) and US market and summarized the design concepts and the differences of the two markets.Finally,based on the current situation of resources endowment,network congestion and load distribution,some advice was proposed for the development of China's market.
