摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in migration ability of asthmatic rat airway smooth muscle cells (ASMCs).Methods The asthmatic rat airway smooth muscle cells were cultured in vitro.The expression of Wnt/β-catenin in ASMCs was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.Migration ability of ASMCs was detected by wound healing assay and transwell migration assay.Results Compared with normal rats,the expression level of Wnt/β-catenin in chronic asthmatic rats ASMCs was obvious higher.The β-catenin signaling pathway by specific siRNA could reduce beta-catenin mRNA and protein expression level of ASMCs.The knockdown of Wnt/β-catenin was able to decreases the migration ability of ASMCs.Conclusion Abnormal activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway may participants in the migration ability of ASMCs of chronic asthma rats.关键词
