Abstract
Objective:To explore the ultrasonographic features of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)related liver diseases.Methods:From June 2014 to March 2016,38 patients with AIDS-related liver diseases were enrolled in this retrospective study.All the patients' pathology was confirmed by ultrasound guided biopsy.The ultrasonographic features of these diseases were reviewed and analyzed.Objective:AIDS-related liver diseases mainly include liver enlargement,hepatic tuberculosis,liver abscess,hepatic lymphoma,hepatocellular carcinoma and metastatic liver cancer.The main differences of ultrasonographic features between AIDS patients and non-AIDS patients were compared with that in non-AIDS patients,and the range of the lesions was larger in AIDS patients.Its ultrasonic performance was different from that of the ordinary patients.The main features were as follows: the bacterial infection was more often multiple,and the range of the lesions was large.The ultrasonographic manifestations of lymphoma,especially Burkitt's lymphoma,were more analogous to inflammatory lesions than neoplastic lesions.However,the ultrasonographic appearances of hepatocellular carcinoma and metastatic liver cancer were similar with those of non-AIDS patients.Conclusions:Ultrasound can indicate the diagnosis of AIDS-related liver diseases,and the etiological and pathological diagnosis should be determined by ultrasound-guided biopsy.关键词
