Effects of Rumex L. root extract on the morphology of skin and some organs in mouse model of experimental psoriasis
目的 探讨土大黄根提取物对实验性银屑病模型小鼠组织器官形态学的影响.方法 将BALB/c小鼠背部无毛区涂抹以5％咪喹莫特(5％IMQ)乳膏连续6 d,建立银屑病样动物模型;以0.2 mL/10 g容积灌胃给予相应药物,观察阳性对照药物(地塞米松、消银颗粒、异常粘液质成熟剂),土大黄根提取物(1、2、4 g/kg)对小鼠背部皮肤、胸腺、骨髓、脾脏形态学,及其对胸腺和脾脏脏器指数的影响.结果 与模型组比较,低剂量组(1 g/kg)小鼠仍可见上皮增厚、…查看全部>>
Objective To explore the effects of Rumex L. root extract on the morphology of tissues and organs in the mice of experimental psoriasis.
