摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of autologous blood transfusion in extracorporeal circulation (ECC) cardiac surgery.Methods 60 patients received ECC cardiac surgery from October 2014 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each,allogeneic and autologous blood transfusion were used respectively.Changes of blood indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of Hb,Plt,RBC,PT,TT and FIB 24 hours after surgery in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05),and the total amount of allogeneic blood transfusion,postoperative 24 h mediastinal drainage and the total incidence of complications were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous blood transfusion for ECC cardiac surgery can save the bank blood and avoid blood borne infectious diseases as well as various complications effectively which may be caused by allogeneic blood transfusion.关键词
