Percutaneous decannulation of venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation: the experience of new technique
摘要
Abstract
Objective To introduce a new method for the removal of femoral artery intubation.Methods Abbott Perclose Proglide percutaneous vascular stapler,which was usually used for minimally invasive macrovascular stent surgery,was used to remove femoral artery cannula and repair femoral artery in 2 male patients received V-A ECMO support.Results Two cases of patients using percutaneous method were successfully removed femoral artery intubation,with good lower extremity blood flow reviewed by ultrasound and no obvious bleeding complications on intubation sites.Conclusion Percutaneous femoral artery can be removed to avoid the defects of extubation under direct vision and femoral artery suture repair.It is an easy,fast and secure way for extubation,but still needs more cases to verify the current conclusion.关键词
