改良穿刺法建立大鼠无血预充非停跳体外循环后认知功能障碍模型OACSTPCD
Establishment of rats' cardiopulmonary bypass POCD model by meliorated puncture method
目的 寻找建立大鼠无血预充非停跳体外循环术后认知功能障碍模型的简便方法.方法 SD大鼠 20只,0.2%戊巴比妥钠溶液腹腔注射麻醉.经由锁骨上入路右上腔静脉穿刺引流,尾动脉穿刺灌注,隐动脉穿刺监测血压.术中持续监测心率、血氧饱和度及肛温.转流流量维持在100 ml/(min·kg),转流中根据血气结果适当补充葡萄糖酸钙、潘南金(门冬氨酸钾镁注射液)和碳酸氢钠调整血气指标,体外循环转流60 min.结果 16只大鼠成功存活,存活大鼠术后一天均可完成…查看全部>>
