Establishment of Evaluation Index System for the Implementation of National Essential Medicine System in Community Health Service Centers in Shanghai
目的:为构建合理的社区卫生服务中心国家基本药物制度实施效果的评价指标体系提供参考.方法:通过采用理论分析、文献研究和专家访谈等方法设计备选评价指标体系框架,进而运用德尔菲法构建上海市社区卫生服务中心国家基本药物制度实施效果的评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重.结果:两轮德尔菲法专家咨询的受访专家积极系数均较高,分别为88.24％(15/17)和86.67％ (13/15);第1轮咨询结构指标、过程指标和结果指标的受访专家权威程度系数…查看全部>>
