Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of MSCT to differentiate benign and malignant solid pseudopapillary tumour of pancreas. Methods:The features of 33 cases SPT proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results:All cases were solitary tumor. The benign group included 24 cases and the mean age was (29.13±11.96) years. In the benign group,21 tumours with complete capsule,3 tumours with incomplete capsule,22 tumours were round or ovoid shape and 2 tu-mours were lobulated or irregular shape. The malignant group included 9 cases and the mean age was (44.22±19.04) years. In the malignant group,3 tumours with complete capsule,6 tumours with incomplete capsule,5 tumours were round or ovoid shape and 5 tumours were lobulated or irregular shape. The difference was statistically significant in age,the tumor morphology and capsule in benign SPT and malignant SPT. There was no significant difference in gender,tumor diameter,the site of tumour,CT value of solid portion and other features. Conclusions:The CT features of benign SPT and malignant SPT have certain charac-teristics. The age of patient,the tumor morphology and capsule play an important role in identification between benign and ma-lignant solid pseudopapillary tumour of pancreas.关键词
