Abstract
In order to solve the problem of phase voltage,phase current distortion and torque ripple caused by effect of dead time in the low frequency and light load of sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) voltage source inverter.A novel self-calibration method was proposed.The method not only considered influence of dead time,voltage drop of power device,turn-on time and turn-off time on the output current of inverter.And the fluctuation ofDC bus voltage and carrier frequency was calculated and online compensated.Finally,the experiments were carried out before and after compensation,the results showed that the method had better compensation effect.关键词
