摘要

Abstract

Through studying the effects of the addition of talc, composite polymer elastomer, glycerol and titanate coupling agent on the melt index, elongation at break, tensile strength and impact strength of polylactic acid composites by orthogonal test, the optimum formulation of polylactic acid composite for 3D printing was obtained. It has been proved by application examples that the developed polylactic acid composite has the characteristics of non-toxic, smooth printing, stable size of printing products and hard to shrink. Thus, the defects of warpage, cracking and poor adhesion of the printing products are solved.
