摘要

Abstract

This article mainly aims at the failure behavior of mill liner depression bar in air swept ball mill for phosphatic fertilizer production. The microstructure of failure depression bar was analyzed by stereoscopic microscope, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectroscope and other modern analysis methods. The mechanical properties and corrosive wear mechanism of the depression bar material in the harsh environment have also been characterized. The results show that the depression bar suffered obvious impact, abrasion, corrosion and oxidation at high temperature. Brittle rupture, oxidation, corrosion pits and peeling pits were the main failure modes of the depression bar, and the interaction of impact, oxidation, corrosion and wear is the main cause of depression bar failure.
