摘要

Abstract

Since the first appearance in 2009,perovskite solar cells have shown a rapid development momentum,which is much faster than that of silicon-based solar cells.Up to now,perovskite solar cell,which photoelectric conversion efficiency has reached 23.6%,is the most potential industrial application of a new generation of solar cells in the future.In this paper,the basic structure of the organic metal halide perovskite materials,solar cell structure and its development process were introduced and the principle,advantages and disadvantages of four common methods for the preparation of Perovskite Thin films,including one step solution method,two step solution method,dual source gas evaporation method and solution vapor deposition method,were analyzed.At last,it pointed out the problems that need to be solved in the development of perovskite solar cells,clarify the future research target of perovskite solar cells and directions for the industrialization of perovskite solar cells.
