20钢在气液两相分层流碱性条件下的腐蚀行为
Corrosion Behavior of 20 Steel in Gas/Liquid Two-Phase Stratified Flow with Alkaline Conditions
摘要
Abstract
The corrosion behavior of 20 steel in gas/liquid (CO2-water) two phase stratified flow with alkaline conditions was studied by self-designed experiment device for dynamic corrosion using the methods of mass loss,SEM,EDS and XRD.The results show that the corrosion rate increases with the increase of the partial pressure of CO2.The microstructure characteristics show that the corrosion films consist of two sub-layers.The outer layer of the corrosion film is loose and wide cracks appear,and the inner layer is relatively compact.The main elements in corrosion products are Fe,C and O.There is only a small amount of C2CaO4 in liquid medium under the CO2 partial pressure of 0.025 MPa.关键词
