稀土Ce对7A04铝合金组织和力学性能的影响

摘要
Abstract
The influence of rare earth Ce on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7A04 aluminum alloy was studied by means of metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy and mechanical property test.The experimental results show that,after addition rare earth Ce in 7A04 aluminum alloy,a large number of rare earth phases,i.e.CeAl2 and Al4Cu2Ce,can form.When Ce content is 0.39%,the grains is smallest,and the numbers of second phases and inclusions are minimum,so the microstructure of the alloy is improved.Rare earth Ce has little effect on the hardness of 7A04 aluminum alloy,but can improve the tensile strength and elongation.关键词
