摘要
Abstract
Al-Mg-Si alloy were homogenized at 575 ℃ for different time,the effect of homogenization time on the microstructure and properties of Al-Mg-Si alloy was studied.The results show that there are a lot of non-equilibrium eutectic in as-cast Al-Mg-Si alloy,and the white eutectic phases mainly distribute at the grain boundaries,with the increase of homogenization time,the area fraction of the second phase in Al-Mg-Si alloy decreases gradually,and when the homogenization time exceed 8 h,the area fraction of the second phase remains around 1%.With the prolongation of homogenization time,the hardness,tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the Al-Mg-Si alloy first increase and then decrease,and get the maximum when the homogenization time is 8 h.关键词
