摘要
Abstract
The effect of heat treatment and deformation process on the hardness and electrical conductivity of the aluminum alloy was studied.The results show that,at the aging temperature of 170 ℃ or 190 ℃,the hardness peak time of aluminum alloy is earlier than that at 150 ℃.With the prolonging of aging time,the conductivity of the aluminum alloy gradually increases at beginning and then remains stable,and the electrical conductivity of the alloy under different aging time all are greater than that of cold-rolled alloy.The segregation of aluminum alloy can be improved at the suitable homogenizing annealing temperature of 530 ℃,and the coarse second phases are re-soluted back to the matrix.The proper solid solution treatment process for aluminum alloy is at 500 ℃ for 1 h,and the suitable aging treatment process is at 170 ℃ for 7 h.关键词
