摘要

Abstract

The growth rate and radius of dendrite crystal in cast Al-4.2Cu alloy were simulated by using phase field method,and compared with the Peclet value calculated by Ivantsov theory.The results show that the growth rate of dendrite tip in the solidification process of Al-4.2Cu alloy is near 0.04 m/s,and the diameter of dendrite tip is mainly distributed in 1×10-7 m.The numerical simulation of the phase field method is basically consistent with the theoretical calculation.
