Effects of Casting Technique and Alloying Treatment on Wear Resistance of High Chromium Cast Iron
摘要
Abstract
High chromium cast iron was producted by lost foam casting and conventional casting process after alloying treatment,respectively.The impact toughness,hardness and abrasive resistance were tested.The effect of casting technique and alloying on abrasive resistance of high chromium cast iron was investigated.The results show that,after adding V and Ti,the microstructure is refined,and the abrasive resistance is improved.With the addition of excessive alloys,the size of carbides become too large and the toughness and abrasive resistance dcrease.However,the effect of alloying treatment on the properties of the samples in lost foam casting is not obvious.关键词
