信噪比与灰色关联分析连杆衬套强力旋压参数优化研究

Abstract
The optimizing process of connecting rod bushing in strong spinning process is restricted by a number of process parameters,which also determines that the optimization of spinning process is multi-objective optimization.In order to reduce the roughness and spring back of the target function,the influence of process parameters,such as feed ratio,thinning rate and first wheel reduction,on the forming precision target was selected by orthogonal test.The signal-to-noise ratio was combined with the gray relational degree analysis method.The multi-objective process parameter optimization problem was transformed into the single target gray correlation optimization,and the optimal combination of parameters was obtained under the process precision requirement of the strong spinning process.The results show that the combination of signal-to-noise ratio and gray correlation method can effectively reduce the defects of the spinning process and improve the forming precision of the finished product.关键词
