摘要

Abstract

The mould level control system for slab continuous caster was studied through analysis of the slab continuous casting process and the working principle of the mould level control system,and the control object and the control scheme were determined.Using STM32F103R8T6 processor as the hardware core,fuzzy PID algorithm as the core of the software,a mold level control system was designed.And the simulation experiments were designed to verify the rationality of the mould level control system.The simulation experiments show that the system can quickly and precisely control the mould level casting process,help to get good quality of billet.
