摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to study purification of anthocyanins from seed coat of red kidney bean by macroporous adsorption resin. [Method] The static adsorption and desorption characteristics of macroporous adsorption resins including AB-8,D101,SP825,NKA-9,XAD-16 and HPD100 for anthocyanins were investigated and the purification technology of anthocyanins by AB-8 macroporou adsorption resin were opti-mized. And the HPLC technology were applied to analyze the purified. [Result] Resin AB-8 showed a satisfactory adsorption-desorption capacity for purification of anthocyanins from seed coat of red kidney bean. The optimized purification condition as the flow rate of adsorption solution was 3. 0 BV/h,and the optimized desorption solution was 100% ethanol (modified to pH 1. 0 by hydrochloric acid) with the flow rate of 4. 5 BV/h. The purified powder owned a purity of 86. 05% and HPLC method proved the purification was effective. [Conclusion] The developed method can be applied to the purification of anthocyanins from seed coat of red kidney bean.
