基于供给侧结构性改革的四川省农业现代化水平综合评价
Evaluation of Agricultural Modernization Development Level Based on the Structural Reforms of Agricultural Supply Side in Sichuan Province

Abstract
Focusing on the the structural reforms of agricultural supply side,squaring up the nature of agricultural modernization development, the evaluation index system was specified to determine the agricultural modernization development level in Sichuan from three aspects:Production condition, input level and output level by using factor analysis method based on view of space-time. The results showed that production condition upwards, though in fluctuation, and the level of input and output and the agricultural modernization development level are improved, too. Com-parison between the 21cities(prefectures)of Sichuan in agricultural modernization development level was quite notable. Then we suggested that to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure, to plan agricultural production structure, to promote deep integration of primary, second-ary and tertiary industries in rural areas, and to increase the operation scales.关键词
