Abstract
Based on the development of domestic universities in food processing and safety majors and the development of CDIO training mode at home and abroad, the paper discussed how to construct food processing from the aspects of clear teaching and training objectives, updating teaching mode, improving practical ability and improving the quality of thesis and the training mode of the master' s degree in safety, so as to improve the practice and innovation ability of graduate students and improve the training effect of professional talents.关键词
