Detection technique research of rail corrugation in urban rail transit
摘要
Abstract
Urbon rail traffic corrugation increases the maintenance costs,makes passengers uncomfortable and makes noise.It may even endanger the safety of vehicles.This paper provides a new detection method of corrugations which based on the operating vehicles.An operating vehicle-track dynamic model is built to extract the signature tunes of corrugation based on the multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK.Then all the profiles which have been simulated are introduced into the vehicle-track dynamic model to obtain bogie acceleration data based on defects.In this paper,the time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis,wavelet analysis and Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT) are used to analyze bogie acceleration data and extract the frequency features of the detection signal.The simulation results show that feature frequencies obtained from the continuous wavelets analysis and feature modes derived from the empirical mode decomposition(EMD) can be used for track defects diagnosis.The feasibility and reliability of the method of detecting the corrugation damages based on the operating vehicles is validated.关键词
