The literature study of cough
摘要
Abstract
Cough is one of common diseases in the department of respiration.According to research of its source and development in TCM literature and doctors'related statements in successive dynasties,as ear-ly as the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period,doctors have already had a compre-hensive understanding of cough.Doctors in Wei,Jin,Sui and Tang dynasties attached importance to the effect of cold pathogen in the morbidity of cough disease,and enriched syndromes and therapies.Up to Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties,tussis and cough were divided up,and hundreds of doctrines of syndrome differentiation and treatment contended.Doctors in Ming and Qing dynasties definitely divided cough into exogenous and internal injuries,their cognition to its etiology and pathogen also gradually unified.Under this condition,system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of cough kept refining and improving in modern times.In recent years,innovation arised in knowledge of cough,exploration to normalization of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment may actively promote its diagnosis and treatment.关键词
